With a long career spanning over forty years, Andrew McNeilis has weathered many so-called ‘unprecedented times’, including the Troubles in the 1980s, the Global Financial Crisis in 2008, the Dot-Com bubble in the 1990s, the Arab Spring in 2011, and the Covid-19 pandemic in the 2020s. Through them all, he has ushered business leaders through the darkest days to outshine and outlast the competition.

Andrew is passionate about people. He has been a mentor to many throughout every stage of their careers; whether that’s a young gun bringing a startup to market or an experienced CEO leading a corporation through a moment of profound change.

In 2025, Andrew founded Agema to help more business leaders achieve success, however they define it. The team shares a unique approach that has proved effective time after time: meet every business challenge with sound counsel but, more importantly, with good humour. After all, none of us are getting out alive.
